OREGON ELECTRIC STATION
This single-story, 11,200 sq ft restaurant remodel of the historic AE Doyle building in Eugene, Oregon, was completed in 2014 for the Spring Capital Group. The main station hall restaurant includes a full-service bar, outdoor terrace, library lounge with fireplace, and a private function room with a second bar. Two refurbished 1920s train cars, with adjoining railway platform, provide additional dining space. The renovation included improving the flow between the varied interior and exterior spaces, and upgrading and modernizing the finishes to create a warm, inviting atmosphere without compromising the historic integrity of the property.
